Rules and Regulations for the 2006 Lighthouse Drawing           

Eligibility

• The 2006 Lighthouse Family Retreat Drawing is open to all U.S. residents who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and 25 years of age and older.   Employees and directors of The Lighthouse Family Retreat are not eligible to participate in The 2006 Lighthouse Drawing.

How To Enter

• Purchase a 2006 Lighthouse Drawing Ticket (a $20 value) from a Lighthouse volunteer, employee, or other Lighthouse partner.
• Multiple drawing entries are permitted.

Prizes / Winner Selection

• Prize package value is approximately $3600 and includes:

• 6 nights / 7 days at a 4 bedroom cottage in WaterColor, FL
• Bike rental, Kayak rental, Canoe rental and Tennis
• 1 day at Camp WaterColor

• Prize Availability Dates
• January 1 - March 11, 2007
• April 22 - May 20, 2007

 

• Dates above are based on availability.  Future dates may be an open also, based on availability. 
• Prize package expires Dec. 31, 2007.

• The Lighthouse reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.  
• Winner will be notified by phone and/or email and will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and (where legal), a Publicity Release and any other documents within 7 days of issuance of notification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and the selection as the winner will be forfeited prize will be an awarded to an alternate. 
• No transfer or substitution of prize is permitted, except by The Lighthouse Family Retreat, who reserves the right to substitute prize in whole or in part, for one of comparable value due to unavailability of for any reason. 
• Random drawing and winner verification will be conducted by independent judging organization, outside of The Lighthouse Family Retreat.
• Winner will be announced no later than December 31, 2006 and winner name will posted at www.lighthousefamilyretreat.org no later than December 31, 2006.
• Chance of winning is 1 in 5200. 

Ticket Awards

• If an individual sells 25 tickets (1 packet), he / she will be awarded one free drawing entry when ticket stubs and funds are returned to The Lighthouse office.  One free drawing ticket will be awarded for each increment of 25 tickets sold.
