Retreat 5     July 10 - 15, 2006

Another incredible week at the Lighthouse!  Our only retreat of the season at Grayton Beach and it seems that no matter where the retreat is located, God brings together families and volunteers in a way that only He can  for laughter, fun, love and hope!  

Wonderful families arrived on Monday and at least two families drove over 1,000 miles to come to the retreat - a Lighthouse first!  The retreat kicked off with an incredible low country boil, courtesy of one the local residents.  

 This retreat was blessed to have Ted Lowe serve as our host and Eddie Kirkland lead us in song and worship all week.  They did an amazing job all week entertaining us all!  

Each day was packed with fun - from Beach Olympics to the the Talent Show - it was hard to find a face that wasn't smiling.  A special thank you to our volunteer team and our families - we hope to see ya back at The Lighthouse soon!
